Thanks for taking the time to respond, as I mentioned before I am appreciative of your input and do not mean to be disrespectful so I hope it wasn't take as such.

Yes-the third party QA/QC. To me that sounds like exactly what was required. I understand the general state of affairs staffing wise. It seems to be across most sectors post COVID, however surely with the right incentives the man for the job could/could of been found.

Ops Geo being town based-fair go. As I say far from my level of expertise. I got the general vibe from Scot that experience hands were thin on the ground out there. If it was me I would rather have the best on site that I do have at my disposal especially with the current skill shortage.

If you put me in front of 98% of drilling equipment I would have no idea. However that is not my job and as I said I would definitely have hired someone whose job it would be to know what they are looking at. It sounds like this is the Wellsite Geo's job? It didn't sound like he did a great job of it. Hence my feelings on having someone else like the Ops Geo on hand. Not checking the inventory seems like a blundering error.

RE you being a bit biased, I was talking out of school to mention conspiracy theory nonsense. Your explanation of your friends and associates being the people under critic leading towards a slight biased is totally understandable and your honesty admirable. That was my bad.

It sounds like they are bringing in mud weight specialists for the next campaing. Do you think they will have a QA/QC or something similar to assist over all? I think this would add a lot of value and be a solid investment.

Again I do appreciate your time and input as I am sure many others here do please do not feel otherwise.
