One expectation I have is for IVZ to involve The Operations Geologist and perhaps even The Wellsite Geologists in the wireline, mudlogging and LWD service selection process. Most Ops and Wellsite Geologists spend their time working with just about all the various service companies and have a good knowledge of the current status of service quality from same. As a Wellsite Geologist I spent hours filling in KPI's and assessments on service company performances. I often wondered if anyone actually read the things and used them for future service company selection.
