I'm just assuming at this point the PPSA won't be actioned until a discovery is made.
I can also imagine that Mnangagwa will be breathing down our necks to drill M2 and claim a discovery ASAP, because he is very keen on spouting "open for business" rhetoric and it would legitimately be a great announcement for the country to make.
Something surely has to give before the end of Feb news-wise.
