We don't exactly have top notch CEO's dropping from trees here in this country - the reason why global headhunters are used by many majors - and even then there is incredible mediocrity in many corporate places I can think of.

But it's also got a lot to do with the actual product - some products you couldn't get moving with a horse whip, while others attract brilliant creative minds who attack new frontiers with gusto. For example CCL vs A2M.

We have the potential products, and he is the creative man for our times I think. At age 61 he appears well enough to see us through a few years yet - to market.
