Milestone: Toll Treating Agreement
Comments: Conversion of the binding term sheet with Doral to a full form agreement for toll treating of Keysbrook HMC at Doral’s Picton MSP
Anticipated Timing: Q1 2013

Milestone: Port Access
Comments: Secure a commitment from the Bunbury Port Authority confirming export capacity at the port (and storage facilities)
Anticipated Timing: Q1 2013

Milestone: Landowner Agreements
Comments: Three landowners agreements remain outstanding in order for MZI to commence production. These agreements are well advanced
Anticipated Timing: Q1 2013

Milestone: Construction Contract
Comments: MZI will be agreeing the terms and conditions and execution process for the construction contract with MSP Engineering
Anticipated Timing: Q1 2013

Milestone: Offtake Agreements
Comments: Offtake agreements to be finalised in respect of the L88, L70 and Zircon concentrate produced from Keysbrook. Negotiations are well advanced with several leading mineral sands counterparties
Anticipated Timing: Q1 2013

Milestone: Debt Finance
Comments: MZI anticipates receiving credit approved offers for up to A$75m in debt facilities from the two mandated lenders

Milestone: Commence Construction
Comments: Construction of the WCP at Keysbrook and capital works at Doral’s MSP to commence
