With the deteriorating relation between USA and China, the civil unrest in Myanmar, I would imagine that the supply of rare earth is affected, particularly the heavy rare earth metals. And China would not be happy to sell magnets to USA, just like USA would not sell to China the high quality chips. So much worries for the western allies at the moment. The development of Dubbo should be coming now. Could not wait for the funding news!
