why couldnt they just test it on monkeys? or is that not allowed in labs in western countries anymore?
What about human guinea pigs, dont they have a program where they offer financially desperate people like $1,000 to test new drugs on them?
and they have to sign forms saying if this drug kills you, or if something else serious happens to your body and you end up a cripple for left etc... your next of kin will NOT be able to sue us and other legal mumbo jumbo like that?
or is that not allowed anymore?
