    I look at what coops posted a bit differently.

    I view it as the company has a process and procedures and is following them. Remember, PNA is a $2B company, not a $20m company. For a company of this size, almost no announcement is material, so they are under on time pressure to release. PNA is just going about doing their job with competency.
