Stu and Baydot, I think you missed my point. Logically if the JV has restraints on what they should and shouldn't be releasing, then that implies if Ken has told "any punter on the phone" something outside of what has been released by the JV "to date", then it sounds suspicious to me. Some of that like issues with the BOP's I would have considered material IMHO.

You are right the lack of disclosure has been discussed a million times and unfortunately keeps coming up for a good reason.
