Below is the expected list of items for which we should receive news. Some news is imminent (aren't we full of hope) and some news will come out I expect in the Quarterly Report due within about 5 weeks time from now.

1) Block 105 drilling results
2) Block 120 drilling results (approx. only 1,500m TD)
3) Tanjung Aru upcoming 3D seismic shooting
4) Glau drilling program following analysis of seismic data
5) NSA continued production improvements

One thing I keep thinking about is the 150M of shows!!!

"The four reservoirs (4.1Ma, 4.2Ma, 4.5Ma & 4.7Ma)exhibit good indications of gas over a total gross interval of approximately 150 metres."

"In 2012, the Company had one independent new discovery, Dongfang 13-2, and one PSC new discovery, Weizhou 6-12 North, in Western South China Sea, and successfully appraised three oil and gas structures, including Dongfang 13-2, Weizhou 11-7 North and Weizhou 11-4 North.

For the Yinggehai Basin, the Company continued to achieve exploration results of natural gas under the high temperature and high pressure environment. In addition to the successful appraisal of Dongfang 13-1 medium formation, which was discovered in 2011, the Company again discovered Dongfang 13-2 large-scale gas field, further enhancing the exploration performance in this field."

Read the words "large-scale gas field" for DF 13-2 with "35-meter thick gas pay zones" (as below).

"CNOOC reported that the DongFang (DF) 13-2-1 well in the Yinggehai basin hit a 35-meter thick gas pay zones. The well reached a depth of 3168 meters and gas was spud at a water depth of 65 meters. In the course of the test phase, well flow rate was recorded at 42.4 million cubic feet of natural gas per day.

The successful evaluation of the middle formation of the DF 13-1 gas field, way back in 2010, led to the current discovery.

In August 2012, CNOOC had spud gas output of over 1 million cubic meters per day in a single well in the Dongfang 13-2, which made it one of the largest gas discoveries offshore China. Located in northwestern part of the South China Sea - Yinggehai basin – is believed to be gas rich. A major part of the South China Sea, which extends from China to Indonesia and from Vietnam to the Philippines is assumed to hold rich oil and gas resources."

150M is equal to 492.125984 feet!!! Can someone please advise what 4x (being 4x 35 metres= 140M) a "large-scale gas field" equates too!!!
