Have a look at what gains NEU have made in the past few months based on approval of just one orphan drug for a single, very rare condition. Imagine if it was back and heart. Seems hard to imagine now, but this isn't just a normal drug, it's a whole new frontier with MSB at the forefront. If GVHD, back and heart get approved, in my view this stock would go wild with gains rarely seen before. But getting approval is the hard bit, as they're finding out.
