Buying and selling at 0.0045, for a hope it will jump to 0.005c. Than investors will see this jump, possibly get FOMO, buy at 0.005c so they dont miss out, than these manipulators will get their 0.001c gain from the share they purchased at 0.004c...hmmm.
There are alot of sellers at 0.005c.
