These are bots trading - the have been in the scene for a while now. Yes they are manipulating the SP (legally) on small timescale, but the overall SP, dependent on underlying factors is not affected as much buy bot action - think of it as fluctuation on top of a trend.
Re minimum parcel required to be $500, I believe that only applies if you do not have any shares. Once you have some shares, in the stock then you can buy or sell any number of shares, e.g., just one!
While I may well be wrong, it may pay to understand the elements of the market before communicating to various entities; company, ASX, broker etc ...
Having said that I am at a bit of a loss why (potentially/seemingly) one seller has been selling some 100mill to 150mill at 0.004. Likely those who bought at 0.0035 with attaching free option - selling at 0.004, and keeping the free options (?). .... in any case, for the LT holders this is all irrelevant.
