Market prices are determined by willing buyer and willing seller.
This meets the objective threshold of your arbitrary requirement that Euroz needs to be buying on market at reasonable prices.
Albeit, I think what you meant to say amongst all of your bold, underlined texted say "I wish Euroz or some other broker would buy on-market at a price above my current/potential buy in price so I can make a trade. I wish Euroz would buy on-market at a price I find subjectively reasonable."
Unfortunately you did not qualify your comments in such a way and all you have ended up doing is stating as a requirement something that is already occurring.
