We are having healthy pull-backs of the market. Interest rates are very low at the moment and meant to stay that way for the next 2-3 years. I'm failing to see any signs of a nearby bear market (apart from your personal opinion). There has been tremendous gains over the last year by tech stocks and there is no signs of this stopping.
