Last quarter we had revenues of $196K, and if my memory is right, we had about $850K worth of expenses. There was $150K, that was probably earned last quarter but wasn't included in last quarters revenue figures. Hence as the last notice and accounting standards, it will be landing in this quarters figures.
I suspect this quarter we will have earned revenue of at least $350K plus, the $150K from before, landing us in the area of $500K. In addition we should see reduced costs, due to process improvements. What this means, is that by the end of 2018, providing we continue to grow our revenue figures, we should be cash flow and EBIT positive.
There has been speculation of deals/mergers into the MM space. Frankly i have ignored these, and focus on the numbers. If i can buy a business at a discount that is sub $10M Mcap, then once it is EBIT positive we should see this round the $30M to $40M Mcap.
From a fundamentals perspective this is a cheap buy, providing revenues grows. I am a contrarian at heart, and this meets my investment criteria imo.
