Two points:
The manufacture of cement is a high CO2 emission process. Use less cement equals great savings in CO2 emissions.
Apart from "one of the core reasons for this is that they have worked out how to get the carbon Nano Tubes to disperse evenly and prevent the clumping"; Edencrete CNTs bind very effectively in the setting of concrete to the extent that it is often a much stronger bind than the internal binding within the aggregate particles.
