Beany,in simple terms it's called looking after mates.if you remember when hop sent an email to HR he got a reply from dick H (hill that is) along the lines of they have done and announced everything they are required to do statute wise.
Ask yourself,a company that operates like this with this sort of attitude to their shareholders are they open and honest or is there an ahenda.
