Agree with the above.
A foreclosure is also a complicated and drawn out process and involves a lot of extra costs, so unless it is the absolutely last choice/no hope, no one would go there...
The Macq Bank team that arranged this facility would also be quite aligned... if one of their investments goes to foreclosure, that means it is a failed investment and someone in that team will have to go...
A foreclosure is not as simple as saying the work and here you go, you get your money back...
