It tried a literature search but couldn't really find anything to substantiate it. The other issue to remember is the continuous suture to fashion a patch into a tube may heighten the risk of clots forming within the graft. I am keen to know if there are technically, scientific brains out there on Hotcopper who has been involved in these works.
