I hear from my broker that it was the last of the stock from the previous broker who did the IPO.
They are expecting the stock to start performing again now as new investors are being introduced to the story without relentless selling from them.
Hopefully a much better 2017 than 2016 for holders! As they say, bull markets are born out of pessimism and it seems to be relevant for this diamond in the rough!
