Good summary of what's going on. Tracking the volume of projects and users through the portal previously provided hints at an uptick of traffic lately so I'm hoping that will be a good base to achieve what you're suggesting. I too have held for a few years but remain optimistic about this company as I believe they are on the precipice of, like you so well described, fostering an environment where genuine results can be gained between customer and freelancer via this platform
