maybe something positive to come out of USA in that Trump is now "shut down" as far as I can tell, and he is now talking about a co-operative transition to Biden's team.

That view may well affect EDE, because Biden also has a big budget for infrastructure expenditure.
Democrats now also control both Houses, so they will not have trouble getting those infrastructure funding through the House of Reps and the Senate.

One would hope that, given so many States have approved Edencrete, that EDE should get some of that spending. Even a little bit of the potentially huge budgeted Federal expenditure would be a win for EDE.
