Am relatively new to this company as an investor. They came to my attention at a presentation afternoon for several small/microcaps. I was astounded that they have one of the largest Rare Earths and Mineral sands deposits in the WORLD...and in the humble disytrict around Donald in Victoria. Anyone who has ever been there will know that if VHM develops what they hope to then little Donald will be completely transformed. I was impressed that the presentation indicated that VHM has taken time and effort to nurture a good relationship with the district's population. They intend to mine then rehabilitate the land back to productive farmland. Terrific if they can do it. The first thing I do when researching/investing is to check out the quality of the Board and management... VHM seems like a spin-off of NEWCREST....these people proved they knew what they were doing. They know how to run a substantial operation dealing with large volumes of mined material. Also I expect they have a good grip on ther hundreds of $millions required to get this up and running...and atleast a decent grasp of how they will manage that. Happy to sit and wait. Approvals are due before then end of 2024 I believe. The market will take notice..
