Hi mscou1, The end of year approval is for the mining license the time line hasn't changed on that one. The one we are waiting on now is the Ministerial decision & review tick of approval which is due any time now. Hopefully before end of October. This is the one that will start the re rating of the share price as the tick of approval here allows us to apply for the mining license which is end of december. We are definitely a couple of weeks behind the timeline one would think, but that is the frustration of dealing with the most archaic state gov't in Australia. I think in any other state we would already have that approval. This is the biggest frustration of all. Cheers
