So I'll admit, I had a long day today, I'm tired, and so read the first few posts of this thread saw the theme and will respond to that, apologies if someone has already said this, but wouldn't the remaining assumed 16m be used to develop remaining assets? No point paying it all out, the share price crashing, and needing to do a CR a year or two later. Maybe a slightly larger payout is on the cards but 5cents seems to be the common thought, any unconfirmed thoughts above this might be someone trying to manipulate share value for a pre dividend pump and dump. The return will be determined by how much the ATO allow them to payout tax free, if any.
