I am not quite sure why we are all anxious about "instant" cash.
It is enough to know that INL is in a strong cash position for the next 2 years & will not need to raise capital till one or more of its multiple projects materialises.
I positioned myself for the next 2 years & the return will be quite handsome.
The analogy to MHM is not too far off.
