Have to jump in here. It is very important that the company get out there once a year (April/May history) and tell their story to potential new institutions and SI's who are watching the company unfold. At present the register is almost totally retail and whilst loyal and patient are not going to be driving the SP to new levels.
As I've been saying for a long time here to get the instos in they will need to at least address the Agency Problem/Perception......by getting a truly Independent Director on board and possbily retire Chris Quirk to an Advisory pannel role with Heather etc.
As usual when SP falls the vitriol sprays.
There is no need at present for a CR as I see it but if the revenues dont jump dramtically by Dec qrtr they may need to consider.
We still dont know what is the up front or the standstill royalty numbers which I wish we did.
Roadshows are important and they should be commended for doing them not lambasted.
