Management knew very well that meaningful revenues were not forthcoming, that is why they raised so much last time...They raised enough for couple of years because they knew the next raising will be at a much lower share price if revenues hadn't picked up... I'm surprised how many people couldn't see that at the time... Unfortunately for holders I don't see anything changing, been the same old crap for a long time...
