I'd hope!! - A CR with only existing SHs to partake . Not huge, just enough to let retail SHs feel they have been looked after by management. This will be a CR not with the purpose of propping up the coffers (they have enough at the moment) but to let retail SH have a last bite at the cherry (at a discount) before the big action starts and from where, onwards, FAR will be looking at bringing in the big boys with big pockets to walk the rest of the line.
I'm keeping some powder dry.
There is some that don't like the use of words like manipulation and capping etc. Don't know why - maybe some have a reason to feel guilty? Don't know but I don't think we should hesitate for a moment, if that is your personal feeling, to raise it.
I mean, its not as if capping or manipulation is words from the holy grail and thus not be spoken. Google it, pick up ant text book in stock markets and share trading and you will find that these terms, and the actions associated with these terms, make up the very essence of some actions applied by traders to achieve specific objectives. Nothing mysterious or sacred about it.

After so many good news announcement and results over an extended period, recognition on world stage for discovery, yet the SP moved backwards and are being traded for months in a tight range. Call it what you want, I say this is deliberate capping and manipulation by somebody to achieve a very specific outcome/goal/objective.
But that's just me. What do I know.

Bring on the Retail Entitlement Offer I say. (by the way, that should not be seen as dilutive exercise because we, the retailers will be getting/holding those new shares.)
