Footmax,  unfortunately your posts are not entirely factual, a lot of them are based on speculation. Have you noticed how many "IF" you have used in your posts?

E.g.
"IF Cannablobal really does push the Derma division then we should expectfurther payments as material demand increases.."
"IF the deal has been finalised then that should happen anyway – no morelegal/commercial impediments..."
"IF Cannaglobal has a good - and well publicised -  launch - what flow on effects do you see for MXC?..."
"IF If Cannaglobal are aggressive in seeking out customer agreements in North America, this should mean extra purchases of material from MXC as part of the 5 years supply agreement."

It makes me think

IF VC deal is real, MXC may already had 40 millions in bank...and I wouldn't sell all my MXC shares last year...
