It's not politics to state the facts.
McGowan closed the border making it very hard to get people into WA.
This affected a lot of mines and other businesses.

It would seem the 3D was delayed due to a combination of factors - the main ones being QLD floods, then McGowan closing our borders and finally the cropping season.
At least the 3D is finished now.
With a bit of rain this is prime farming land.
Also, great wildflower country.
