Since 54m of core is planned, this core will provide important reservoir quality information over the gross Kingia interval and possibly some of the High Cliff Sandstone.
Lockyer Deep-2 hopefully will confirm that the greater Lockyer Deep structure at Kingia level, is gas filled at least -4270m.
Although gas and oil shows may be encountered in the shallower Dongara/Wagina, I believe the reservoir quality will be poor (low flow potential).

These 2 wells (LD2 and NED1) are being drilled and set up as production wells as per ASX announcements, not exploration wells.
That means that there is a much higher expectation that there will be a significant yield IMHO.
