    I emailed Iain this morning regarding an update on the Spud. This was his reply:

    HiSteve,

    Wewill put out an announcement when the rig and associated equipment are nearingreadiness to spud the well. At the moment there are repairs and equipmentcertification processes under way, and we do not have an accurate view on spuddate right now. Soon as we hear, the market will be informed.

    TheJV pays for the rig when it is operating or on standby, neither of which applyat this time (due to ongoing repairs of Ensign equipment).
