    The announcement on 28 August advised that the upcoming Supreme Court hearing - for which, the Office of CSG will not lodge any evidence to support its case against Metgasco -is scheduled for 20 and 21 October.

    perhaps this explains the increase in share price recently . Maybe someone knows something - as I expect a settlement out of court (which would be in coming days) based on the 28 August annoucement
