If you read the market announcement of 12/03/24, you will see that Mawson is planning to undertake its in-specie distribution of the existing 92 million shares that it holds in SXG on 16/05/24 and that SXG expects the TSX listing to coincide with that date, being 16/05/24.
There has not been any update on this timing since the 12/03/24 annoiuncementm so I'm going with 16/05/24as the dual listing date of SXG on TSX, in the absence of any new information.
Canadians consider that SXG is considerably undervalued at the current price so I doubt that they will let their shares go at these levels even if the intos want to buy up commemcing on 16/05/24.
