Tanbreez website makes it look like two men and a dog run that show on about 200kpa budget. As GGG has spent tens of millions on Dev, and hearts and minds. If I were Tanbreez I would let GGG do the heavy lifting of approvals and infrastructure to make the potential of their asset obvious and patently derisked to suitors and sell to GGG or a partner. Much lower risk for them to make a 100x return as a follower that actually try to beat GGG to market. IMHO trade tensions b/n US and China make GGG asset much more attractive and closer to market discovery
