Dont think Tanbreeze would sell. The chap that owns it seems quite comfortable in his holding. Has a few with funds assisting I believe.
Suspect Tanbreeze and GGG both see some advantages in a level of co-operation.
They each have a separate focus though. Tanbreeze isnt REEs like GGGs. They in fact both often state they dont see each other as direct competition due to focus on a different product.
Possibly GGG could buy REEs from Tanbreeze as they are on the Tanbreeze tenement as well. Sounds reasonable and sensible.
Just not sure if the working relationship would be suitable to do so just yet.
