I'm a lot more optimistic about an operating mine and mineral separation plant startup time for GGG if they get a ML this calendar year - which is quite feasible. I believe they will be able to commence production of concentrate for shipping to China in late 2021. Most of the detailed engineering design will have already been completed, and plant manufacturing, port facilities and other civil works should/could start soon after the ML. Financing via Shenghe or others should not be a problem. GGG will have one of the lowest cost REE production facilities on the planet, and will be super competitive.
