With this company, March could very well mean April. They seem more concerned with getting it right than they do with meeting some arbitrary timetable even if they are the ones that set it.
If you're a short term trader, you've picked the wrong Co. to gamble with in WGL.
My biggest worry is some of the newest greatest tech seems to have the lifespan of a mouse living at Cat Haven so let's get on with it already.
