Good points and i understand where your coming from but in all honesty domain names and ownership of locking in this particular url wont be a deal breaker. They own 3 domains at the moment and have additional presence from social media. The key component at the moment for them right now is an excellent release of the app on launch day.

I trust management as they have been making good partnerships with big names, connecting the mandatory dots if you will. I believe they will also surpass expectations. It is just a game of patience from a shareholders perspective. All IMO DYOR.
