Those are some good current and future revenue points you make there JW.

Like others here I got my eyebrows burnt off watching the oil bubble away at GGP and SSN. The difference here i think is the revenue building. GGP got hyped over a land purchase in the Permian and SSN got hot when they sold land. Neither of those events are recurring revenue streams which is what AKK seems to be building on with the upcoming results in TX and CO.

Did Hartley's really say 32c in 3 months? Was that the best case scenario forecast? I'll have to have a look for as much as I like AKK that figure puts visions of sugar plum fairies dancing in my head and that can't be good! haha
