I must say the logo design they have for Mogul is actually quite nice and easy to recognise if you start to see it a fair number of times plus the 'blue' is a nice colour of blue and the colour blue is typically seen as a 'trust' colour.
However if you look at the logos there most of them use a acronym where as mogul uses the symbol and just 'Mogul' which to me is far more effective on communications/brand awareness.
