I would say they will be suspended until they announce actual registrations or revenue as I cannot see how ASX will be satisfied with their answers on an unverified email address as a suitable pre-registration.
However once it is announced what actual registrations then it is no longer about the validity of the pre-registrations and people can then start to make their own assumptions on where it might go from there.. E.g. if they announce 4M registrations right after the launch it will be great news for the holders however if it is 300 registrations then it will be a sheet show.
