We do know that the JV needs to move forward with field appraisal and production expansion at Odin and that they have contracted with Pelican Point Power on "commercial terms that encourage field appraisal and production expansion".

The first thought I had was that sounds like a potential pre-payment subject to terms. There are other options but the basic premise remains, the JV has gas at Odin, Pelican Point need gas and to get it out we need assistance to fund the capex. PPP want the gas and its in their interests also to ensure the JV ramps up at Odin.
