Let's not make any mistake though - a prepayment is just another form of debt financing. With reserves and production they should have plenty of viable options. My take on the 'terms that encourage appraisal and production' is simply a better pricing structure as reserves and production increases. If a viable prepayment was available they would have taken it and we would've been half way to drilling.
