Update 06/03/2015

Spoke to MP today, he was nice enough to give me an update.

TOGGENBURG
Undertaking regional soil sampling in Toggenburg. They can do this during the wet season however still cannot mobilise the drill rig to Toggenburg yet as the ground conditions is too wet for heavy machinery. SBR are in touch with the Drillers weekly on getting an update on the ground conditions.
SBR ideally want to delimit the mineralisation footprint to the East/North/West (particularly the East) before commencing the deeper drilling. However due to environmental permission / crops in the East, it may mean a deeper drilling commences prior to delimiting of the footprint.

Toggenburg vs Border

• Same style of mineralisation as border
• Stronger and more extensive anomaly then Border
• Vanadium is present in Toggenburg; Vanadium is present in bigger / more extensive mineralised systems (this is what the area has shown)

GUCHAB SOUTH

• Looking at mobilising the RC drill rig to shallow drill to the western extension of Guchab South. The RC Drill rig may be mobilised here prior to Toggenburg because of drier ground conditions at Guchab South than Toggenburg.
• Hoping to commence deeper drilling in April, however this is weather permitting.

SINKHOLE

• Soil sampling at Sinkhole complete

The RC Geochemical Drill Program

• Originally budgeted to cost around $550,000 (refer to Quarterly Activity Report released 30/10/2014) based off 500 shallow geochem drillholes and 50 deeper drillholes;
  • The forecast for this Program is half of this figure due to the shallow drill holes have averaged 5 meters instead of the budgeted 10 metres in depth.

Summary

• SBR are doing what they can whilst the ground conditions are too wet to mobilise machinery (drill rig) on site.
