The agenda was to put management of the company in the hands of the statutory directors and remove it from the hands of the shadow director, which seemed to be the situation at the time. Although no new director was elected to the Board, some change in the running of the company has occurred and at least one statutory director has put his name to the last quarterly update. The operations of the company appear from the last update to be directed at attempting to identify valuable deposits in the tenements rather than being directed almost solely to drilling Guchab for the purpose of producing a JORC compliant estimate of that deposit regardless of the drilling difficulties encountered. It may not be coincidence that the former CEO resigned during that period of single-minded lunacy.
