1. Annoucement on exploration program timing etc will be made very shortly.
2. Expect a major share holder coming on board (this might take a while or
should I say I am not sure of the timing, but
will be someone who will be interested in MKY and be a substantial share
holder and wants to make money obviously)

As I always say - I am not saying its a hold, sell or buy - just something that
I would like MKY shareholders to know or for that matter any potential share
holders.
