IMHO Shareholders haven't got much say in anything. The only time that shareholders are important for a Company and it's Board is during an IPO and/or when a company needs some more cash where no one else is willing to give them some.
After that, shareholders are a severe pain in the rear end, and an impediment to what a Company's Board is doing.
As I have said many times before in many different threads, shareholders are just the pawns on the Chessboard where they are sent to the slaughter at the command of the ones at the top. Cannon Fodder....that's all.
Keep up the good work NBT...It is about time that some shareholders start giving some back to them, if and when possible.
